New artwork that you provide to us needs to be digitized. This is how we transform your image into an embroidery design that sews efficiently on our machines. This is a one-time charge that applies to all new artwork. We can always make color changes to your artwork for no extra charge, while some size changes might have an additional fee.
** Digitizing charges include all designs up to 35,000 stitches. Larger or extremely detailed designs may have an additional charge.
