Our minimum charges include up to 8,000 stitches. (Some selections include more.) If your logo has more, we can suggest changes, send you a custom listing for the additional charges, or cancel your order.

If you submit new artwork to us, we will send you a digital mock up. If we do not receive a confirmation after 24 hours, we will proceed with your order. If you would like to make changes, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your digital preview.

We do not send mock ups of re-orders unless requested. Leave us a note at checkout if you would like a mock up of your order.
